Abstract

Teacher’s Classroom management skills are those abilities of the teacher due to which he manages his class properly. If a teacher manages his class regularly, then teaching learning process run smoothly and enhances the students’ academic achievement. By and large, refusal single preserve pay no attention to the reality to teacher’s classroom management dexterities engage in recreation a incredibly imperative responsibility to enhance pupils’ academic achievement at secondary stage. Therefore, the proper uses of teacher’s classroom managing skills increase students’ academic achievement. The major purpose of the study was to investigate the “impact of teachers’ classroom management skills and students’ academic achievement at secondary level” all the teachers and students of all Government Secondary schools in southern districts constituted the population of the study. Stratified sampling technique was used for collection of the sample or respondents starting population. Beginning each one district eight schools were selected as example commencing which four schools were male and four schools were female. From each school five teachers and 15 students were selected as sample respondents in these way 280 teachers and 840 students were selected as sample. The sample size of the study was finalized by using John Curry formula. This study was descriptive in nature. The researcher used Quantitative research design for the analysis. To collect data from the Government secondary schools teachers and studentss in self-structured questionaire. The questionnaire was developed on five point likert scale. The collected data was entered in SPSS version 23 for analysis. According to the nature of objectives of the study multiple regressions was used
